  • Booking and event details: call bookings, webinar registrations, attendance and mastermind registrations.
  • Membership details: your membership start date, commitment period, payment status and the services you use.
  • Payment details: billing name and address. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages and messages you post in member channels.
  • Recordings: video and audio of group calls, one-on-one calls and masterminds, which may include your image, voice and what you say.

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health, religious or political information. Please do not share it with us.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you fill in a form, apply, book a call, register for a webinar, join, pay, or contact us. We also collect it automatically when you use our pages, and occasionally from third parties, such as a person who refers you to us or a platform you use to sign in.

You can browse our website without telling us who you are. You can use a pseudonym for a general enquiry, but we need your real name and details to assess an application or provide membership.

4. Why we use it

We use your personal information to:

  • assess whether The Construction Boardroom is a fit for your business
  • book and run calls, webinars and masterminds
  • provide membership services, including group calls, one-on-one calls, the community and the Systems Vault
  • process payments and manage your membership
  • send you service messages, reminders and updates
  • send you marketing about our programs and events, if you have not opted out
  • improve our website, content and programs
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

5. Recordings

Group calls and masterminds are recorded so members who miss them can watch later. Recordings are stored in the member portal and are only available to current members and our team. By attending, you consent to being recorded.

If you do not want to appear on a recording, tell us before the session and we will help you take part off camera where we can. We will not use your image or voice in public marketing without your separate permission.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and CRM platform, form and scheduling tools, video call and messaging platforms, payment processors, and analytics and advertising platforms
  • Professional advisers such as our accountants, lawyers and insurers
  • Other members, only for what you choose to share in member channels and calls
  • Government bodies or law enforcement, where the law requires it

We will only pass your details to a related business if you ask us to or agree to it.

9. Marketing, SMS and WhatsApp

We may send you emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages about our programs, webinars and events. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in an email, replying STOP to an SMS, or telling us. We will still send you messages you need about your membership.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

10. Testimonials

If you give us a testimonial or review, you agree that we may publish it with your name, business name and photo. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

11. Keeping your information secure

We store personal information on secure platforms, with access limited to our team and the service providers who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is safe.
